Sileby Krystal
Nile is the first foal bred by Sileby Arabians. She
was born in the early morning on the 30th September
2005. A very typey Bay filly with the tell tale grey
around the eyes indicating she would soon be grey.
She had unusual white spots on her right side hind
quarter near the gaskin area four spots in the
perfect shape of the stars in the southern cross.
She was broken
to saddle as a 2 1/2 year old, a very easy job
due to the bond we have. She has been paddock spelled to mature and
has now been brought back into training.
Krystal debuted
in her first Breed show Nov 2010 at Orange Grove
H&PC winning Reserve Champion Mare/Filly to Avon
Nasma.
Krystal
qualified as endurance horse status in September
2011. She has consistently shown low heart rates and
fast recoveries, often having the lowest heart rate
on finishing for the event. 2012 will hopefully see
her complete her first 160km in prep for the 2013 WA
Quilty.
